Behavior

• The bars are drawn over the content: extendContentToTopEdge / extendContentToBottomEdge give the content the area under them.
• revealTopBars / revealBottomBars slide the bars in and out; hidden bars stay mounted and keep their state.
• Several bars on one side get .collapse-spacing, which makes header bars thinner.
• Empty space in the bars moves the window, like a header bar.
